Low pressure and an honest sales person I had a mediocre experience at the dealership which shares this one's name, Heritage Toyota... They didn't seem remotely interested in my business sin I had a mediocre experience at the dealership which shares this one's name, Heritage Toyota... They didn't seem remotely interested in my business since I was not looking for any cars over 12,000$ starting price. Between that, and having had a terrible experience a few years ago at another dealership, coming into Heritage Ford I was feeling a little defeated and apprehensive. My experience with Erika White was phenomenal. She was approachable and showed me cars that were actually within my price range. She never tried to upsell me and it didn't seem like she was just in it for the commission. Other staff were great too- offering to look at the car to see if it could fit bigger windshield wipers than what the manufacturer called for and really working with me to get the monthly payments into my range. I felt respected and like they took the time to understand me and what I was looking for. And, to boot, I got an Awesome vehicle at a truly amazing price. I would go back in a heart beat! (Though I doubt I will need to with the quality vehicle I was able to buy). Erika was honest and approached me as a neighbor, not a potential dollar in her pocket. Ask for her honestly, it's worth a lot to feel comfortable and appreciated when making a big purchase. More

Excellent Customer Care and Sercive Recently I bought a slightly used Kia Optima thanks to the help of Erika. When I went to Ford to check out some of the used vehicles to replace my old car, she helped me pick out the car best suited to my needs. I had gone there to check out a few vehicles i already had in mind. After looking at the few I was interested in Erika brought my attention to the Kia, and helped me get a great deal for my first car. Erika was both friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process, and went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first vehicle, to say the least. With help from another great employee, Abby Prescott, Erika and Abby helped me get past what financial issues I had and be in not only a great car, but also have affordable payments. While getting a vehicle was going to happen for me one way or another, it was due to the Excellent service provided by Erika and Abby that made my decision to purchase from Ford.
