They remember your name. From my first routine service visit, and every one after, service reps and techs showed themselves courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Doing the little extra was standard practice. Perhaps the bigger testament is that we returned when we needed another family car and purchased a 2017 Escape. Returned, without hesitation. And found the experience equally as satisfying. More
