I am sorry that you were not able to get in to service when you wanted. I agree that 2 weeks is a long time to wait. However, I feel as though it is better to give a realistic measure of what we can perform, rather than promise something sooner and not be able to meet it. In the event of emergency repairs being needed, we will always accept someone and do our best to work them in the shop flow, as there will be cancellations from time to time.
