They did not follow the service appt type scheduled (rotor replacement) and only checked my breaks. I was told that since my appointment was scheduled at 1 o’clock it was unlikely that they would be ab (rotor replacement) and only checked my breaks. I was told that since my appointment was scheduled at 1 o’clock it was unlikely that they would be able to get to it but that I could drop it off the evening before so I did. The day of my appointment I was the one that had to call an hour before y’all were closing to find out my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I learned that my rotors were not replaced or EVEN LOOKED AT and that they only checked my brakes. It was a huge waste of my time and I won’t be returning. More

Service took way too long. I had an appointment and it took 2 days to perform minimal maintenance. This has happened multiple times when I took it there for an oil change..even I had an appointment and it took 2 days to perform minimal maintenance.
