Very Disappointed! My 2020 GMC AT4 which was running great up till last Friday, all of a sudden stopped. I took it in Friday at 11am and they said they couldn't look at My 2020 GMC AT4 which was running great up till last Friday, all of a sudden stopped. I took it in Friday at 11am and they said they couldn't look at it till Monday. Still no word on Monday, finally heard Tuesday they hadn't pulled it in yet, but needed another $1,000 to look into it. Have since seen reports on what a bad engine the 6.2 is and all the problems with no GMC help. I took it somewhere else to be worked on. I only had 77,000 miles and need a new engine. Shame on GMC for not recalling this when they knew the problem. More

Great experience again. Justin brought out the mechanic Garrett Lentz to discuss my problem with a popping noise in the front end of my truck. Mr. Lentz rode with me so that Justin brought out the mechanic Garrett Lentz to discuss my problem with a popping noise in the front end of my truck. Mr. Lentz rode with me so that he could hear the noise. As normal, never popped once. He put my truck on the lift and showed me what appeared to be the problem. The problem has been solved by Mr. Lentz plus the repair probably kept me from ruining the new tires on the front of the truck. What great customer service. Can't say I have ever had a mechanic ride with me so that he could hear what I was hearing. Certainly can not say that they put it on a lift so that I could understand what they were trying to explain. Love it! More
