Expressing Dissatisfied with service. I brought my vehicle in Fay scheduled service appointment, which included oil change, fluid level check, and addressing a washer fluid indicator ligh I brought my vehicle in Fay scheduled service appointment, which included oil change, fluid level check, and addressing a washer fluid indicator light. Additionally, informed Nathan, service advisor, an intermittent engine light issue that I suspect might be related to the transmission module. While waiting for my vehicle, I observed Nathan attending to another customer regarding his vehicle. Nathan assured him that a loaner vehicle was being prepared and he would notify him when he could transfer his belongings. However, when that customer requested a different type of vehicle, Nathan accommodated his request. Eventually, Nathan informed me that I would need to schedule another appointment for a diagnosis. I inquired about leaving my vehicle that day , he explained the shop’s heavy workload. He suggested returning Monday, noting that two new technicians would be starting that day which might expedite the process. I reiterated my need for a loaner vehicle upon my return, but Nathan stated that all loaners were currently unavailable, despite having assured the other customer of their availability. I dropped off my vehicle Monday. I reminded Nathan-of my urgent need for a vehicle due to a family bereavement and reiterated my request for a loaner which was again denied, with no expectation of availability of my vehicle by Friday This inconsistency in service was concerning specifically the inconsistent handling of loaner vehicle request and overall lack of timely communication. I also pointed out that the initial service appointment did not address the washer fluid issue. The level of of service I received did not meet my expectations, and I perceived a disparity in treatment. As customer service significantly influences my decision-making when purchasing a vehicle , I have consistently chosen Heritage Buick for service despite potentially higher costs, due to my emphasis on reliable service. However, this recent experience has severely undermined my confidence in your dealership. I formally requested a review of this matter and a response outlining the steps your dealership will take to address my concerns. Inconsistent handling of loaner vehicle request. It was the best experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. Shawn got me all of the paperwork to do digitally and I spent no more than 20-30 mins inside signing when I got there. Zach and Josh were and awesome tag team.
