I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. All of my past appointments have been great but also free as part of my three year courtesy maintenance plan. The service went quicker than normal and I have pay which was no problem. I signed the paperwork and left the dealership as I was driving, I noticed the air levels in my tires had not changed. My front driver’s side tire had been at 30psi and the other three tires were at 35. I had been meaning to put air in the low tire but didn’t because I knew I had a scheduled service. The same tire which was in the same position and had not been rotated nor aired up. I turned around and went back to the dealership and they fixed the issue. It should not have taken two trips to the dealership to get this done! More

I came in for an oil change & tire rotation on my pickup truck. The service didn’t take very long at all. I was able to use my GM Credit card reward points to pay the bill. The visit was great!!
