Heritage GMC Buick - Service Center

I didn't like the service, long wait, no shuttle, no complimentary car wash, no call when done, I had to call back way after the time I was told and the car was on the drive way out of the service area complimentary car wash, no call when done, I had to call back way after the time I was told and the car was on the drive way out of the service area but no paperwork, no sign that I needed to do something, therefore I had to go find out if I could just drive the car. This sis the only service I have near me on GMC, I have a 2500 and a 3500 year 2025 both and a 2015 1500 with all GMC service paid on the 2500 and partial on the 3500 (expensive I would say) and over that bad service. No happy but next GMC service is In Garland. Too far for me. More
