Joe provided us the best in-store experience we have had! Coming from other dealerships, this was the most welcoming experience. We were helped instantly, and Joe put no pressure on us. We even came in later in the day and they stayed until 11pm to finish paperwork so we could get the car! Wow! 100% recommend Joe!!! More

Jacque's pic makes me laugh because he's so much more friendly than that. He's a straight shooter who answers questions and is a pleasure to have on the test drive, unlike others. He's knowledgeable and will find answers when he doesn't have them. In the past, sales people negotiated price; Heritage doesn't, so Jacque gets out of the way, but admits when something is wrong--like a prior (departed) administrator who way undid Jacque's good sales process. Outside of the service dept. not returning a call or two, this is a good place to do business now, especially with Jacque--and fellow salesman Eduard, and Steven in Finance; no pressure. We have bought three cars off him (and a fourth off Heritage in a prior era). Tell Jacque Wayne sent you. More
