Parts are marked up double or triple MSRP Be careful when buying parts here, I wanted to order 4 parts (2 bolts, subframe brace, rear diffuser, and the diffuser cover). Other dealerships in the area (Parkvile Heritage, and Glen Burnie Honda) along with online part stores had the parts listed at MSRP. Heritage Belair has the parts listed for 2x or even 3x MSRP. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told “he said that’s the price it can not be changed” He wouldn’t even get on the phone. So I called back and spoke directly to a manager. After going back and forth with her she said she would call me back. I did get a call back and they ended up selling me the parts for MSRP. This place will always up charge their parts and services so be careful when doing business with them. More
