I drove 4 hours from Virginia to purchase a car from Heritage Honda Bel Air. It was absolutely worth the trip! My salesperson, Ernie Lovelace, was the best! I was very pleased with the service and assistance I received on my recent visit to Heritage Honda. The problem that I was experiencing with the screen display would not replicate itself but the techni received on my recent visit to Heritage Honda. The problem that I was experiencing with the screen display would not replicate itself but the technician was vigilant about researching the issue. I was provided several options for future reference. Also, Ms. Marge coordinated the necessary information between the technician and myself while she continued to provide me updates. Everyone I encountered that day was accommodating my needs and concerns, which was so very helpful. I was made to feel like a valued customer which never happened at another local dealership that I utilized in the past. I highly recommend Heritage! More
