Only reason for a 3 star is the award winning customer service from their GM Andrew. The dealership had me feeling bait and switched. Andrew offered another vehicle for a good deal I’d of loved to take t service from their GM Andrew. The dealership had me feeling bait and switched. The person I dealt with the whole time was Tony. Such a nice man, very polite and courteous. The place was so clean, i will never go back to Browns Honda on Crain Hwy again. Thats another story. The service at Heritage Honda in Bel Air was excellent. I was greeted courteously after driving into the service bay and explained that I had an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment.
