Last Saturday I showed up for Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and Car key problem, my car key doesn't work the advisor told me it will cost me 100$ for the key to getting fixed and the key needs to be reprogrammed. I did wait for 2 and half hours for my car to get ready. After along waiting, Advisor told me the car has an electrical problem and they could not figure it out and advised me to come back during the week. At this time I thought there won't be any charge for the car key since they were not able to fix it, he gave the bill and there was an 80$ charge for the car key, I asked the guy why you are charging me for the key since still doesn't work, he said key works, I said Ok since Keys working I will pay and paid. I went to my car grabbed the car key and it wasn't working, I told the advisor the key doesn't work, he said yes you have an electrical problem and I asked why should I pay for not fixed problem, He very rudely said well my guys worked on it and you said reprogram the key and we did. I have no idea the key needs to be reprogrammed I just said the key doesn't work and it was he told me the key needs to be reprogrammed. Then very rudely told me to come back during the week kind of he is kicking me out of the shop. It was the first time I was seeing such unprofessional and rudeness in this place and I am so disappointed. Now my question is, Is that how the loyal customer should be treated? Please put yourself in my situation How would you feel if you get treated the same way and get charged for an unsolved problem? More
