Felt safe during this COVID-19 pandemic while getting service on my Honda. Car wash questionable/poor...did not dry, front bumper not cleaned. Left my display in oil change 100. The dealership was very clean and the people were very friendly. I was running a little late and they were very understanding. My service advisor was very attentive and took his time to listen to everyth friendly. I was running a little late and they were very understanding. My service advisor was very attentive and took his time to listen to everything I said was wrong with my car. He provided me with a time frame to when my car would be out if the diagnose phase and it was spot on. They came and told me exactly what was wrong with my car, explaining in detail and answering all my questions. They did the work, kept me updated and gave me a discount. Of course we all like to save money but the customer service and the communication with me was the best. And after going to another dealership, twice to have them not find the problem, I was very excited to not only have the problem found...but have it fixed in a great manner.
