Honda shifting hard and brakes noisy I hoped it just needed the transmission fluid changed. Scott convinced me to flush the transmission, and I agreed that it was worth it considering the I hoped it just needed the transmission fluid changed. Scott convinced me to flush the transmission, and I agreed that it was worth it considering the transmission fluid had never been changed in the car's 48,000 miles. He also suggested we turn the rotors and change the brake fluid. Transmission is shifting properly again; too early to tell about the brakes, but good so far. Did a good job, gave the car back to me earlier than promised, and at a slightly lower price. More

Courteous, but slow I arrived on time for my 9 am appointment. I didn't really move the check in process but it seemed excessive for the customer to have to sit and wait I arrived on time for my 9 am appointment. I didn't really move the check in process but it seemed excessive for the customer to have to sit and wait as he looked up all the codes online (recalls) and transcribed them from one page to another for 30 minutes. Thanks could have been done without me there. At the end, two requests weren't followed-- I asked that they put my car on a charger when done (PHEV) and that they call me when it was done. Otherwise all was well. More
