I had not bought a car in a long time and was not eager to have a car payment but with the help of all the staff it lessend my anxiety. I did thorough research of this vehicle and wasn’t positive until i drove it. It won over the Mazda CX-5 not just because of the vehicle but also due to the friendly service. My third honda. Not a pleasent experience Everyone was pleasant and cooperative until the contract was signed, then all reasonability stopped . Only got one set of keys for my slightly used 2018 Silverado, but was told where I could purchase the additional set. Later found out why, the cost to me was $260 . The salesperson told me I should put on my own liscense plate because he didn't want to drill the holes crooked . I discovered later that a mounting bracket (optional depending on state) was missing but I found a service invoice in the glove box from their service department saying that it had been installed . My cost was $32.00 and I had to install it myself . The owners manuals were missing and promised to me , I ended up buying them on ebay . But the real money issue came from their finance dept. . The finance guy had added a 2700.00 extended warranty that I found later that my own bank offered for $1700 . I was also told that I needed GAP insurance at a cost of $899. I also got this at my own bank for $299 . While dealing with the finance guy at BelAir Honda , (I won't call by name because I actually liked the guy), I said to "finance with anyone just to get me out the door" because the people I bank with can refinance the loan at a lower rate . He told me not to refinance for 2 to 3 months or it would make my credit score go down . This was simply not true , according to my bank, and in fact was against the law . What was true , however, was that after 30 days , the overpriced extended warranty and GAP insurance would lock in and I wouldn't be able to cancel them . As it happened , I refinanced at my bank for less than half the rate I was signed on to at BelAir Honda, I canceled the warranty and repurchased a better policy for less , and got a better GAP policy for $600 less . It took 45 days to receive the reimbursement check , but for my effort in making the corrections , my car payment went down $53 and I have since received the check in the mail for the cancelled items . I felt conned by these people who failed on all counts , products , finance , service, communication with me, etc . . If you can afford to roll the dice with your $30,000 then this is your kind of place. As for me , I hope they get sued and go out of business for their deceptive practices . As a business, in my opinion , BelAir Honda sucks and I will ride a freakin' horse before making a purchase there . There is no reason to buy from anybody questionable when there is a dealer on every corner . More

Best car buying experience to date! I went into Bel Air Honda after a long day of car shopping. Knowing that I loved the look of the 2018 Honda Accord Sport. I loved the blue color and I went into Bel Air Honda after a long day of car shopping. Knowing that I loved the look of the 2018 Honda Accord Sport. I loved the blue color and everything about it... unfortunately my wallet could not afford the price tag... However, even then Jon and the manager Max and Finance Manager Andrew worked with me... got me into a LX on the showroom floor. I love my new Accord and I am pleased with the speed, and willingness to work with the customers to make it happen. This has by far been my best car buying experience and I am very happy with my new Accord!!! Thank you Jon and everyone at Bel Air Honda! More

Looking to buy a new car I went in looking to get out of the car I was in. I was in a loan upside down.
