Excellent customer service and satisfaction! On 4/14/18 my husband and I were taking my Honda CRV 2013 to this service center for an oil change. While we were waiting we decided to walk around a On 4/14/18 my husband and I were taking my Honda CRV 2013 to this service center for an oil change. While we were waiting we decided to walk around and look at the 2018 CRV's, as we were receiving letters stating that you wanted to buy my current Honda and would give me a great trade in value. Dave Testani was directing us around the lot, showing us the CRV's that were comparable to what I had. He was explaining and showing us all the new changes and features in the last 5 years. We were very impressed with what we saw. He offered us a test drive which unfortunately at that time I had an appt that day. But we set up a time for the following Sat 4/21/18 and met again with Dave. I took it for a test drive and was amazed. Here I was, only in for an oil change and I wound up buying a brand new 2018 Honda CRV and driving it right off the lot! Many thanks to Dave and Brian for your help on 4/14/18. And more thanks to Dave again, Chris and Andy for wrapping up the sale on 4/21/18. And even though all the new features on my vehicle are a bit overwhelming at the moment, Dave assured me I could call or come back at any time with any questions. Dave even followed up by calling me this week and checking to see that everything was going well. So who could ask for more than that?! Everyone is just so great and friendly and helpful.
