Gus made me feel at home from the moment I stepped into the door at Honda. I wasn't at all sure what to expect, but he walked me through the process and eased any doubts I may have had. It makes your customers more comfortable and confident in you, and Gus definately fit that bill. Also Terri in the pre-owned sales department also bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied before I left out that day. Made sure the car was to my satisfaction 100%. When I looked displeased with something, he did something about it until I was completely satisfied. He really went the extra miles for me (pun intended, haha!). I was really astounded at the great service from both of these guys making something happen for me! As a single mother, college student and having a full time job, I needed something I could depend on. I was also leery about being a woman walking into a dealership alone, that I may get ripped off! I felt that fear immediately go away when I was approached by Gus. He didn't seem at all like the kind of guy looking to jerk me around, and I appreciate that more than anything. Everything was great with one exception... this was an ALL DAY process. I would not have minded if it was just me, but I had a wife, a 3 year old, and an 18 month old there too. We purchased a new car 2 weeks ago and Joe was great so I returned to purchase a used vehicle from him. As I went to the dealership without an appointment Joe had to excuse himself for a scheduled appointed he had made earlier. He introduced me to Robert who helped finalize the paperwork and stay with me until the process was completed. Joe also checked in with me several times. The used car manager took a great deal of time completing his portion of the paperwork which extended the time I was in the dealership. Had it not been for Joe and Robert I would have left the deal on the table and walked out. The new car manager also checked on me and was very friendly and professional, attempting to expedite the process. We are happy with our new and used hondas and agree you are fortunate to have employees like Joe and Robert. We will recommend your dealership to others and have them contact Joe or Robert when they are ready to start to look. More

Working with Jenny via the internet was wonderful. I worked with several other internet sales associates from other dealers and it was clearly easiest to work with her. The communication was excellent. JR was very helpful in showing the car to my husband and then repeated much of the information to me. He is very knowledgeable about many of the Honda vehicles. He was patient with us throughout our decision making process. The dealership was very hospitable to ourselves and to our young daughter. We had a very positive experience. More

Carl is a superb sales person with integrity. He is helpful without being "pushy" and gives accurate information about each car. He is friendly in an upbeat way that lends itself to the type of mutual respect adults are most responsive to. He doesn't call me "hon" or assume because I am older and female that I know nothing about cars. I have bought two cars from Carl and as long as he is there I will not buy anywhere else even though it is not that convenient for me to get there. I recommend him to all my friends. More
