I am a fish out of water at a dealership (to say the least) and Eric made the entire process easy and understandable. He explained everything I needed to know about the car, leasing, finance, maintenance, and even getting the car registered and insured. The best part, not being there all day! The Bel Air Honda team finished everything within a couple hours and had me on the road in time for my dinner plans, how’s that for service?! More

Just fix the air bags I went to dealer for recall repair. They told me I needed alignment by just sitting in car. Maybe my tires were wearing in a way that told them that. It took so long for me to get repair because I knew a dealer repair shop was going to do that. Just do the repair, if I want inspection I would ask. They won because I let them do the alignment. They gave me a list of other fixes that added up to over $1500. My car is not even worth that. Ironically my air bag light is on now.😡 Update on 1/24 returned for air bag light being on. Turned out replacement air bag was not plugged in and would not have deployed in accident. I didn't catch the name of the young man who helped me but he was good. More
