I worked with Erin Natzke. She reached out to me for about a week by phone, without being pushy. She was polite and solicitous. When I went into the dealership she was attentive, energetic, and determin about a week by phone, without being pushy. She was polite and solicitous. When I went into the dealership she was attentive, energetic, and determined to find something within my budget--even though I kept changing my price point. She even sent to another location for the Subaru Forester that I eventually purchased. We took three test drives and she answered all the questions she could, but was honest enough to tell me when we'd have ask, for example, the Subaru specialist at the dealership. My whole experience with Erin was superb. More
