My most recent interaction with Heritage Honda of Parkville in July 2026 was pleasant during a frustrating time. I had called the service number to schedule service. Unknowingly the call center direc Parkville in July 2026 was pleasant during a frustrating time. I had called the service number to schedule service. Unknowingly the call center directed my call to an unmonitored voicemail. I decided to just drive to the dealership after a couple of weeks with no response. I was greeted by Ed a service representative. I explained to him what was going on with my car and how I tried to schedule service. He immediately apologized for the confusion from the call center and insured me that he would share my issue with the service manager. Ed schedule my service and informed me of the process. He stayed in constant communication during my service repair. When Ed was off he notified me of being off and insured me his coworker Ashlyn would keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Ashlyn was just as courteous and informative as Ed. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Steve the service director briefly and he was aware of my issue with the call center. I was impressed that Ed really shared my issue with a manager. Steve also apologized and shared that they were working with the call center to avoid customer's calls from not being received properly. Once Ed returned the following day he reached out with updates. I never felt like I was being passed around. This type of professionalism across different staff members during one service is sadly rare. I am greatly appreciative of the continued high level of customer service I've received from Heritage Honda of Parkville since purchasing my vehicle in February 2026.
