The gloss liquid was gone by the next morning!!! I also asked if the marks on the right rear door could be buffed out, I got a “sure’ we’ll take care of it”. I asked how much? “About $117.” I said yes. Bob couldn’t have been nicer! When I picked up my car Bill was on duty & gave me the four page statement. I signed and left.
