Brain Ford did a phenomenal job! Very professional attitude. Sometimes people in certain positions can be intimidating & make you feel uneasy but Brain made me almost feel that I had just placed my wo attitude. Such an easy process I had such an easy process with buying my 2019 Civic Si. I saw the car online, knew exactly what i wanted and what i wanted to pay for the car as well I had such an easy process with buying my 2019 Civic Si. I saw the car online, knew exactly what i wanted and what i wanted to pay for the car as well as what i wanted to get for my trade in. Todd, his finance team and management were all so helpful with the process. I was able to complete all the tedious time consuming steps of the process all the night before even stepping foot into the dealership. By the time I left the gym that night, i already had the price and finance details ready to go. I went in the next day and as soon as i got there was attended by the management team and Todd while their finance director finsihed up with a client. I was given exactly the price i was looking to pay and the exact trade in amount that i wanted for my car. I left the dealership releived and excited with my new car. Got several phone calls over the 1st week of owning the car assuring that i knew exactly how everything worked and checking in on my satisfaction. This dealership is a great and friendly dealership who wastes no time and knows exactly what you need to be satisfied. I'll be recommending this place to all my friends and family! More
