Heritage Honda Service scheduled an appointment for an oil change and possibly new windshield wipers. Was greeted right away and then met my service representative, Bill. scheduled an appointment for an oil change and possibly new windshield wipers. Was greeted right away and then met my service representative, Bill. Had a relaxing hour and a half reading and watching tv while waiting for Bill to inform me what was needed . When Bill did come out to inform me, he was apologetic for my long wait. Also explained in detail my car’s needs which were minimal. Appreciated his honesty and also the amenities offered. Overall very good experience. More
