Good First Car Buying Experience! Andy and Heritage were very helpful in helping me find my new car! I was able to see and test drive the only the cars I wanted without being "sold" on Andy and Heritage were very helpful in helping me find my new car! I was able to see and test drive the only the cars I wanted without being "sold" on newer/higher-end cars. They were polite and attentive during the car buying process. The only thing that I could see some improvement with was the time waiting for the finance manager. It would have been nice to have some sort of time estimate as we waiting quite a while without and communication on how much longer the wait would be. I do understand that we were there at a busy time and had to wait our turn, just some transparency on time would have been appreciated. More
