By the time all the paperwork was done and the car was cleaned up the dealership was already closed but Gary hung around until it was ready. Not only did he hang around but he took the time to hop back in the vehicle and setup my wife's iPhone and go through all the preliminary settings regarding the locking and unlocking features for the keyless entry. He truely went above and beyond the call of duty. I have not had an experience like that with the purchase of new vehicle. If you go to Heritage be sure to ask for Gary! Thanks again! More

Everyone was very friendly and very happy to offer to help out with the process. I made an appointment, showed up on time, and had no hiccups going through the buying process. They offered a fair value for my trade. They worked closely with me to understand exactly how we plan to use the car now and in the years to come to make sure we are well-protected both mechanically and cosmetically. All in all, Heritage and the 2018 Accord have made me happy to be back in a Honda after 30 years. More

I bought a used car and with their 30 day trail, there was a minor issue with the outlet and they fixed it, no charge. Then the brake was acting funny, took it in and it just needed to be lubricated, which resulted in no charge. Unbelievable service and personality rolled into one The purchasing of a can be just as trying as purchasing a house. Terri was exceptional in helping us get through the process. We had a 2016 CR-V trans The purchasing of a can be just as trying as purchasing a house. Terri was exceptional in helping us get through the process. We had a 2016 CR-V transferred from another dealer and since the CR-V has not arrived yet Terri found a 2106 CR-V EX-L on the lot, gave us a walkaround and found someone to go out with us for a test drive. By the time we came back the CR-V we had requested was on the lot and we test drove that one. We decided we were all in. Terri was very patient as we worked through all of the paperwork for the car, the purchasing part, and the title all in one evening. Our new CR-V is sitting outside our house. Terri was great to talk to through the waiting and stuck around until we drove off the lot. Great person to work with! More
