Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had This is the 8th vehicle my family has purchased from Heritage. I was interested in the new Passport. Looking online at inventory at various dealers This is the 8th vehicle my family has purchased from Heritage. I was interested in the new Passport. Looking online at inventory at various dealers - Heritage had by far the largest selection (74 to choose from) - including one exactly as I wanted. I was given a good deal in about 2 minutes by the internet sales manager on the price of the new vehicle, and a good trade-in offer on my existing car. Terri Thompson was my sales rep and she was fantastic - very friendly, professional, patient & accommodating. The sales manager (Tim Althoff) who worked with Terri was friendly and easy to deal with, as was Doug the finance manager. The entire process was a pleasure, and never once stressful (and none of the pushy sales tactics I've experience elsewhere). I was offered a warranty product I initially declined, and called later to ask Terri if I could come back and purchase the product. She set me up to come in the next day to meet with the finance manager to make the purchase - and she even came in on her day off to make sure everything went smoothly for me. I highly recommend Heritage and Terri (and the Passport!). More
