Loving my whip! Since 1992 I have been in Jeeps for most of that time. Many I bought through Heritage. My commute is now much longer. Although hesitant I came in knowing I needed a shift. Rob J. And team were great. My process to my new whip was easy. I came in, left for meetings came back and finished the process. I love my car and love meeting people who really enjoy their job and made it easy to move ahead. Thank you for a great experience. As a world traveled yogi, best selling author, musician and artist, often conversation are interesting. I love that our time together was an elevated experience and I look forward to more to come. review was blocked "used honda accord" I would not recommend buying a used car from heritage Honda Parkville. I recently bought a 2015 accord after test driving 3 used "used honda accord" I would not recommend buying a used car from heritage Honda Parkville. I recently bought a 2015 accord after test driving 3 used accords 2 of which had previous accident damage I bought the 3rd one thinking it had no previous damage I was wrong all 3 were previously owned in new York and were being sold with a clean Carfax report. I had the roof repainted for chipping paint (a factory defect they say) and was told by the body shop my car had previous damage. They are selling used cars with previous accident damage as cars with clean car fax reports not true. Buyer beware!! When confronted about the issue they blow you off promising to have a manager get back to you which never happens. Do yourself a favor and buy some where else. Once the contract is signed you are on your own stuck with a car that is not worth what you paid for it. Sad to think they do it all with a smile. If you have the misfortune of buying a used car here do not use the body shop for anything my car looks worse after the work then before and the management will deny any trouble found with the work as it was like that when we got it. Terrible. Please do your homework before buying a used car here, you are on your own after the purchase. Todd More

After speaking with Steve in the service department I was able to locate the right brake parts for our Honda. Over the years I have come to trust Steve Berman with all my vehicles as well as my moms car who also has a new crv. To be completely honest she chose the crv because we knew that as long as Steve was servicing her vehicle it would always be kept in top condition by a competent professional. Heritage Honda truly has an outstanding employee in Steve who we trust, is always polite and friendly and extremely professional. I hope that he is able to see how much we appreciate him and that it is not overlooked by management as to the outstanding service professional they have on their staff. More
