He went above and beyond to close this sale AND make us happy. The managers were informative AND fair at negotiating the price of the vehicle. There was a bit of a blip with financing but in the end we walked away quite happy when everything was signed. Excellent service I was in the market for a new car due to the death of my current. Lou was very helpful and never over-bearing. When I reached out that I decided to go with Honda, Lou on his personal time called me and then sent me the financing information need to get the process started. He was always on time for our appointments. He even warmed the loaner car up for me when my new vehicle was getting additional features installed. Dustin in finance was also wonderful. Purchasing this car was the last thing I wanted to do so while for most this would be a happy moment I was far from happy. Dustin made it his mission to make cheer me up about my new purchase.
