She called me right after I requested information, she sent me an email offer with a great price--no haggling required, she let me know about financing options, and she was never pushy or obnoxious. I've been talking to a lot of dealerships as I was figuring out what car I wanted to buy, and Heritage Honda struck the right balance of communicating: I heard from them, but they didn't annoy me by calling, texting, and emailing multiple times a day as some other dealerships did. I also mainly communicated with Charlotte and when other people called or emailed, they mentioned Charlotte, so it was clear she was my contact there as opposed to some dealerships where multiple people contacted me and I was never sure who I was supposed to be communicating with. Throughout the process, I didn't notice any dishonest sales gimmicks that I've noticed at some other places. Heritage Honda is a great place to buy a car! More
