We stopped by CarMax to look at the options they had and test drove a few. While the salesman at CarMax was very nice and not pushy the vehicles (Honda Accord's) we test drove were not in good shape/dirty inside. So my wife and I left and grabbed some lunch then headed to Heritage Honda. We drove onto the lot around 1pm and found a parking spot (parking spots are hard to come by - FYI). I walked around the lot and looked at a few used Honda Accord's. I went to the front and that's where Joe Nagel was coming out of the building and he greeted us. We introduced ourselves and went to his desk. I told him I was interested in the CPO Accord's and wanted to test drive a few of them. He said meet him outside and that he would get the keys to them. I test drove a Honda Accord Sport (4-cylinder) initially and while it was nice I wanted to see how the V6 version was. So I found a '15 Accord EX-L V6 on the lot that I wanted to test drive next. Joe went to get the keys and I test drove that one. I definitely liked the EX-L V6 much more than the 4-cylinder model. I wasn't planning on trading my '15 Subaru WRX in that day (last Thursday) but after talking to Joe (and Jamie) I ended up trading in my '15 Subaru WRX in for the '15 Honda Accord EX-L V6 CPO. Jamie Caslin came over to me and talked to me a few times. He is a nice guy also. I'd definitely recommend Joe Nagel (and Heritage Honda) to family/friends for their future Honda purchases. More

Eventually, I was able to trade in my 2000 Accord with over 230,000 miles and drive off happy. Gary even called out of the blue a few weeks ago just to check up and make sure I was still happy with my CR-V. More

Lou Persico is Excellent Car shopping is one of those things in life that you just accept as being brutal... and I have to say while taking the lead shopping for my Moms new c Car shopping is one of those things in life that you just accept as being brutal... and I have to say while taking the lead shopping for my Moms new car I did have some pretty disappointing and stressful encounters UNTIL my luck shifted and we connected with Lou Persico. In short he was excellent. Knowledgable, patient, helpful across the board. We had some back and forth with negotiations as to be expected but through the entire process Lou was engaging and sincere. He truly earned our business. My fiancé is a car enthusiast so we've dealt with A LOT of car salesmen over the years and I can wholeheartedly say Lou is the whole package - smart, effective AND likeable. As a standout mention, he even went the extra mile to ensure my mom was comfortable learning some new tech features of the car. And to be clear, I'm not saying a 30 min once over, he took his time and genuinely made sure she understood and tested things out. SO if you're in the market for new wheels and don't want the standard "I'll just have to get through this" car experience ASK FOR LOU.
