Though I was nervous because I'd not purchased an auto in over 10 I purchased a new car on Saturday, July 22, 2017. My salesman was William Thomas. Though I was nervous because I'd not purchased an auto in over 10 years, Mr. Thomas made me feel right at home! He was professional,and patient, as he gathered all the necessary info, and genuinely took care of me! At each step of the process, he always asked if I had any questions. Once the deal was done, he took the time to show me how to "use" my new car, and said anytime I had a question, just give him a call. I never once felt he was rushing things through just to make a sale. I was so pleased in fact, that my daughter and I returned two weeks later and we purchased a new car for her.
