Best experience in purchasing a new car I recently went the Heritage Honda Parkville location and left there feeling like I was family. It was my first new car purchase in Maryland as I jus I recently went the Heritage Honda Parkville location and left there feeling like I was family. It was my first new car purchase in Maryland as I just moved to the area in August. Originally went to look at the Pilot but when that didn't work out I set my sights on a 2016 CR-V EX . Well from start to the final handshake I never felt so comfortable dealing with people . Lou Persico was my first contact and he did everything he could including getting my grandson crayons to occupy his time while we hashed out details. Lou was so willing to discuss the pros and cons of many of my many requests. After a few hours of chatting my hopes of purchasing a new vehicle became a reality. Chuck, the sales manager, also played a large part in our "family decision". I have had the car 4 days now and can honestly say I have received numerous calls and emails checking back on how things are going thus far. My answer was the same with each contact " amazing".
