Last weekend I heard a scraping noise under the front of my car, the undercarriage had come loose and was dragging. Not only did the dealership fit me in for an appointment two hours after I called about the problem, but they fixed it and did not even charge me. I had been so afraid it would be a costly repair, which I cannot afford right now and was so relieved to have it taken care of so quickly and completely free of charge.
