It was a pleasure working with Keith Kirn when we purchased our new Honda Fit. Keith had sold us our Honda Odyssey five years ago and knew we have a CRV as well as the Odyssey. He suggested we look purchased our new Honda Fit. Keith had sold us our Honda Odyssey five years ago and knew we have a CRV as well as the Odyssey. He suggested we look at the Fit, as it would round out our Honda collection with a great commuter vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable and easygoing. He never pressured us into any decision. He showed us options and let us decide what we wanted to do. He was very thorough in showing us everything on the car, and when we purchased it, he marked pages in the manual for our easy access should we need it. Keith has an easy smile and a warm manner. We have now bought two cars from him and will recommend him to anyone we meet who wants to buy a car. We love our Honda Odyssey, CRV, and Fit and we are lucky to have gotten to work with Keith Kirn. I was stranded in Parkville on my way to New York from Frederick, MD. As I was coming up rt 95 my 2002 Civic started losing power. I pulled off and called Heritage since they were near by. Erin Lober answ Frederick, MD. As I was coming up rt 95 my 2002 Civic started losing power. I pulled off and called Heritage since they were near by. Erin Lober answered the phone at about 4:30pm and gave me directions. She advised me that the service department closed at 5pm. I got there about 5pm.. I explained my predicament and she went to service manager Steve ( I didn't get his last name). Steve found Dave Ernest (tech) and Dave said he would stay and take a look at the car. In about 40 minutes the vehicle was repaired and Erin had me on my way. All three of these wonderful caring professional employees went out of there way to keep me from being stranded. I inquired about a 2007 Nissan Quest on January 12,1012. I called to check if it was available and was asked to come in and have a look. Seth the financial consult was very pleasant and easy to deal with.He and Mok worked very hard to get us this vehicle that we so badly wanted.Heritage Honda has a pleasant,friendly,family feel,I have never felt this comfortable in a dealership before, usually you feel like you are being watched or followed at other places,but this was never the case at Heritage.I would definitely buy another vehicle from Parkville Heritage Honda.It was such a great experience , thanks so much to Mok and Seth for such a great experience buying this Van!! On Sunday, January 8, 2012, I visitied their lot. On the lot was a sleek, preppy, economical and intelligent 2008 Honda Accord 2DR Coupe. Metalic in color and gorgeous on the inside. I instantly fell in love. This car, like my 1993 Accord SE Coupe, spoke to me. It said, "Visit this dealership again, and I will be yours!" Thus, on Monday night, January 9, 2012, I called Heritage and was connected to Meylin. She asked me what I was looking for in car, what type of payment I can afford and give her a day to work it our for me. On Tuesday, January 10, 2012, Meylin called me and suggested that I return to Heritage. True to her word, I got the car that I wanted at the monthly rate I could afford and a warranty!!! Not to mention a decent finance rate especially with the type of credit I posess. Gosh, I never thought that this could happen. I went to Nationwide Nissan. Bad move! Nationwide would not look into assisting me the way Meylin of Heritage Honda did. Thank you Meylin and thank you Heritage for having a dealership that respects the needs of the customer. More
It is no wonder why Ken Davis has been selling cars at Heritage Honda (Parkville) for 14 years. He is really good at it! My boyfriend recommended Ken after a service visit for his Honda civic. During the wait, in the high table/chair area, he observed how Ken interacted with prospective customers and with his fellow co-workers. He seemed like a "good guy" according to my boyfriend. He acquired a business card from Ken, knowing we'd be in the market for a new Honda in the near future. So the time came, we needed a vehicle. Our research was done and we stopped by to see Ken. We wanted to see what a large Honda dealer could offer. They did not disappoint, lots of options, even so close to the end of the year! We knew exactly what we wanted. Ken listened to our needs and told us what was available. He was engaging, likeable, enthusiastic, sincere and honest. When it came down to talking numbers, I feel, it was in our favor. We had gone on-line prior to that visit, to get an internet price quote and selected Heritage as one our dealers. Heritage honored their quoted internet price. They also offered us an awesome trade-in value for an older VW-Passat. We were pleasantly surprised. In addition, Honda offered terrific financing options that we took advantage of, way better than our credit union! On a personal level, Ken shared some stories about his children and wife. We swapped stories about good eating joints & pet/vet clinics in the Mt. Washington area. It was a pleasant experience. Also, Mike Kopper (financing) was professional and knowledgeable. Learning of his mechanical background makes him an excellent person for that position. I feel fully-covered, adding a few of the options available, including GAP coverage. After the sale, Ken took time to thoroughly show me the vehicle, since I will be driving it primarily. He got in the CR-V with me and went over the details of the dash. He taught me how to fold the back seats; he helped me with tricks of the seat belts and showed me the extras regarding the wheels, including the special unlocking tool. He was really helpful and that was really nice of him. Buying a car is a very BIG purchase, one that I even prayed about! I feel that we were in good hands, throughout the entire process. I intend to share our positive experience with others. Overall, I am a VERY SATISFIED customer and I thank you for making it easier on me, as a consumer. I know my boyfriend will be back to see Ken when he needs to replace his Honda civic. We are now an official Honda family and proud! More
