While the personnel were pleasant the service was not. Arrived 10 minutes early for a scheduled 1130 appointment. No one knew we were coming. After about 30 minutes, were told they would take us to the center where the car was about 10 minutes away. A half-hour later we arrived to see the car. Wasted 1.5 hours before we even saw the car. Was told when we made the appointment that Honda America loan rate was 0.99%. After 4 hours of waiting discovered the financing was NOT thru Honda, but through TDBank at 3.49%. Absolutely worst experience ever buying a car. More
