I was introduced to Mimie and she listened to what I had to say and understood that I was in no hurry to rush through the process (even though it was the end of the month). While my car buying journey was a little “different” , Mimie continued to address my questions and concerns as well as advocate on my behalf with the management team. She is truly an asset for the dealership. More

He and his team were able to get me an offer I could not refuse. From start to finish the service was excellent and kind. The only negative I had was the final finance manager who entered the office, did not look at me or introduce himself, and was rude when I politely declined all the extra services/warranties. It's a shame, because every other team member with whom I interacted were exceptional (Eyo, Keith, and Jordan). More
Among the things I dislike the most is buying a car. Usually it involves a back and forth the salesman, the "manager" and others at the dealership. My recent purchase made from salesman Dylan Young involved NONE of that. I sat down with Dylan and told him exactly what I wanted and the first car he showed me fit the bill. I purchased it. It took me longer with the finance person that it did to complete my business with Dylan. No bull. Told him what I wanted and bingo there it was. I do have one complaint (it does not involve Dylan). My purchase was a cash transaction. No credit. No loan. Just cash. During my business with the finance person I was advised that they wanted to run a credit check. (My credit is outstanding [in the 820 range] and I balked. I knew exactly what would happen. The credit bureau saw the credit check as a "hard inquiry" and dropped my score 8 points. I was very unhappy about that. However, as I stated before, Dylan was a pleasure to work with. If I need to purchase another car I will definitely come to see Dylan. Ronald Sallow PS.
