While the personnel were pleasant the service was not. Arrived 10 minutes early for a scheduled 1130 appointment. No one knew we were coming. Was told when we made the appointment that Honda America loan rate was 0.99%. After 4 hours of waiting discovered the financing was NOT thru Honda, but through TDBank at 3.49%. Absolutely worst experience ever buying a car. More
