While picking out the add-ons for my new CR-V Ken was very honest when I asked for his opinion. Unfortunately with the shortage of vehicles out there, it was a little bit of a waiting game but Ken kept in touch with me on a regular basis. Once my CR-V arrived he spent time going over all the new features, helped me set them up if needed and also helped me pair my phone. I did an online inquiry on a Thursday morning before the dealership opened. Chloe reached out to me almost immediately with a video of the SUV that I had inquired about. I emailed her and told her what my budget was monthly, what I had as a trade in and how if I came to the dealership to purchase the SUV I wanted no haggling, and I wasn't going to spend all day there. I emailed her my payoff information for the vehicle I was trading in, my paystubs and info about my vehicle that she requested. She guaranteed me that she would take care of me, keep me within budget and not waste my time. I made an appointment with her that same day at 11:30, but I got there late at 12:30 due to another appointment that ran over. We sat down, discussed the vehicle, she took my current car keys to do an appraisal, they gave me more than I had expected, we test drove the new vehicle, came back, met with the finance person, had my new SUV detailed and I was driving out of the dealership in it at 3 pm. I was very pleased with Chloe, her attentiveness, her proactiveness to get everything she could in line before I even arrived and how much of a straightshooter she is, just like me. It took longer for my insurance company to switch the vehicle to my policy and get the proof of insurance card to the dealership than it took for me to do all the paperwork at the dealership. Chloe is not the type of salesperson I have dealt with in the past, previously I had spent 9 hours in a dealership only to be told at the end by the finance guy that I needed even more money down than I was already putting, it was the worst car buying experience ever, and the reason that I haven't shopped for a car in over a decade. Chloe is honest and up front, and is willing to put in the work to keep her customers happy. My son is looking for a newer used car himself and we will definitely be back to see Chloe. More
