Last month I bought my first car. Went around 6 o’clock. When I walked in the door I saw Ken and he walked straight up to me and was ready to answer all my questions and needs. He really cares about the products he sells and making sure the customer is happy. I would recommend anyone going to the Honda dealership to go see Ken. After the whole process it was even after 10 and the manager Robert bought me McDonald’s since I didn’t get to eat dinner. More

WOW!!! I called Ken about a red CR-V they had in stock, made an appointment for the next day but had to cancel. Ken asked if we would be willing to do some quotes over the phone and I said why not. Long s made an appointment for the next day but had to cancel. Ken asked if we would be willing to do some quotes over the phone and I said why not. Long story short we came to an agreement and they delivered our CR-V Touring Edition down to us on the Eastern Shore and drove our Civic trade back. Signed all the paperwork on the dining room table, can't ask for more than that! More
