I figured I should take advantage of the offer because I was looking for an AWD vehicle to replace my FWD van before this winter. I stated my conditions for trading in my vehicle and they went to work to meet them. I was a little uncomfortable for a brief time because they began the processes of transferring ownership before I saw the final numbers, however, this was because it was late in the afternoon. When I went back to financing all my concerns were relieved; they beat my monthly payment expectation while still including GAP coverage and a warranty that will last until the vehicle is completely paid off. Chloe was great in helping me find the vehicle I wanted; she was willing to let me stop by to show the vehicle to my wife (who was watching our children) during the test drive.
