today we were shopping for a Honda Pilot. We agreed on a Pilot and we were negotiating the price. The sales manager made and offer and after I discussed with my husband I told the saleswoman that we accepte Pilot and we were negotiating the price. When she went to tell the manager she came back and said that offer no longer stood and the price was much higher. While I had been on the phone with my husband another agent sold the vehicle we had agreed to buy. There are no ethics in car sales and we will not be returning to this dealer. More
