Ken is a straightforward and honest guy. I told him my criteria and what I had to have as well as what was important to me. After the sale I got a congratulatory email from Robert Lee. I twice asked Robert to put me in contact with someone who could help me with the nuisances of the cars features. I am still waiting for a reply. Not to fear I figured it all out. The bottom line is I intend to return to Heritage for my next vehicle purchase.
