I told him what I was looking for, and after some conversation about automobiles, he showed me exactly what I was searching for. Test drive, trade valuation, application, requirements, signatures, and on the road within a couple of hours. Mr. Kassim was knowledgeable, pleasant, and valuable in my latest car buying experience. He even called a couple of days later to be sure that everything was going well and if he could be of any assistance with questions about the vehicle. I recommend this dealership and Mr. Kassim to anyone searching for ease, a welcoming environment, and satisfaction. More

Not Professional Stan spent a great deal of time getting the car for me to test drive. They were appraising my current car during this time. When we got back into the dealership to finally talk money, they were offering me an unreasonably low amount for my car. Stan suggested I purchase a lower model car so he could make a sale. He later called and offered to match a Carmax appraisal, but also expressed his displeasure of "wasting 3 hours" of his time during the test drive. I later let Stan know that the car damage that set the cost back was now repaired. He offered me a lower value for the car than when we first met. I thanked him and ended the call. Stan sent me an email and suggested "I highly doubt that anyone will give you that kind of money for the vehicle . Please don't expect to do something that no one else would do." I do NOT recommend this sales rep, despite his reported years of experience. More

Horrible Customer Service in Service Department I purchased a new car from this dealer in 2018. Not even 6 months into having the vehicle, I had an issue where my car would not start and needed to b I purchased a new car from this dealer in 2018. Not even 6 months into having the vehicle, I had an issue where my car would not start and needed to be towed. My car was towed on a Thursday and I received a call from the service department the next day. The woman I spoke with relayed the information from the tech who examined my car. When I asked her what the diagnosis meant she stated “I don’t know” and that they were going to keep my car a little longer. She also stated that the tech would give me a call later, which never occurred. My car sat at the dealer from Thursday until Monday and the only status I received of my car’s condition was “I don’t know”. I gave the service department a call on the following Monday and the same woman who I spoke with the previous week had the same nonchalant attitude and was unable to give me any concrete answers. She stated that the issue was a “mystery”, but that everything looked fine. I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 because the sales department was decent when I purchased my car earlier in the year. However, the customer service or lack thereof that I received from the service department following my purchase was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. More
