Left in the showroom to rot I came in at 9:30 in the morning when the place was totally empty for a test drive. I was handed off to their “best saleman” Corben. I told him what car I wanted to drive and he said let me get the keys. That was the last time I saw him. I sat there for a half hour before I finally I had to leave. At least offer your customers a drink if you’re going to leave them for that long, if you company doesn’t provide them bring in your own so you have them on hand. Something like that goes a long way in car sales. More

Outstanding customer service, honest and upfront approach on I went to another Hyundai dealer and the salesmen was a great guy but the manager didn't even come out to talk to me. That wasn't the case at Heritage Towson Hyundai the General Manger John Holliday contacted me on the phone and email. When I arrived Jackie Coco did a great job explaining things to me. Then John came over and showed me the exact prices he needed for the Santa Fe and he was able to go a little higher on my trade in and they were also able to give me 3.79 interest rate which was better than my bank they offered 4.74. I would recommend this dealership 100% percent to anyone wanting to buy a Hyundai. More
Bad Experience We did not have a good experience at Heritage Hyundai Towson. My 22-year-old son wanted to purchase a new car and I agreed to co-sign for him. My so We did not have a good experience at Heritage Hyundai Towson. My 22-year-old son wanted to purchase a new car and I agreed to co-sign for him. My son found a car he liked and we purchased a new Hyundai on Friday, July 20. That night he found another new Hyundai, similar model with similar features at a significantly cheaper price. To verify that it was a legitimate offer, my son received a written offer on the new car from Hyundai which included the VIN number, make, model and price of the car. We were told when we purchased the car that Hyundai offered a written “3 Day Worry Free Exchange”. The policy stated that a new car could be exchanged for another new Hyundai within 3 days, “for any reason”. We notified the dealer the following day (Saturday, July 21) that we wanted to exchange the car we purchased for this other car. The dealership refused the transfer to the car my son wanted. Even though we had a written offer on the new Hyundai (from Hyundai) the dealer refused based on the lower price of the other car. They said we could exchange the car, but not for the car my son wanted at the price quoted by Hyundai. We notified Hyundai corporate that this dealership refused to exchange cars and they assigned a case number to look into the event. Within the initial 3 days we also spoke to the General Manager of the dealership who basically told us to forget it, feel free to sue them, lawyers are expensive and Hyundai spends millions on their attorneys. He kept telling me we simply had buyer’s remorse. I told him that wasn’t the case. We were not trying to return the car rather we were trying to exchange the car, per their policy, for another new Hyundai at the price quoted by Hyundai. It should have been very simple - the Hyundai policy clearly states a car can be exchanged “for any reason”. We plan on filing a complaint with the Maryland Attorney Generals Office over this matter. It’s a shame it came down to this. More
