Sales staff responsive. Finance staff left us was waiting Tom Hamme was very responsive to all my emails, and got us the best price of all dealers I contacted. We went in Friday at 5:30 to purchase a new Tusc Tom Hamme was very responsive to all my emails, and got us the best price of all dealers I contacted. We went in Friday at 5:30 to purchase a new Tuscon. Tom handled his end in a short time, but we were told there was only one finance person working that night and other buyers ahead of us. We waited over 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal! Didn't leave there until almost 9! Shame on Heritage to put people through that. It makes them look cheap and uncaring and turned what should have been a very positive experience into just an okay one. They may still land deals because they are big and can win on price, but there's more to it than that. More

Rolling Rolling Rolling I purchased 4 tires in April of 2017, I brought my car back to Heritage Hyundai Towson to fix my one tire and replace the other two tires. The service I purchased 4 tires in April of 2017, I brought my car back to Heritage Hyundai Towson to fix my one tire and replace the other two tires. The service rep and her co heart tried for two weeks to resolve and communicate with the tire company. It has taken two weeks too long. Out of frustration, I reached out to the Service Manager Matt. With his help, he was able to resolve my issue. My advice, if Nothing is resolved in a couple of days, call your Service Manager Matt, Matt listened and took the wheel! More

A few weeks ago her AC stopped blowing cold air and she was given contradictory advice by 2 dealerships. I asked to bring it with her on a trip home and Matt Grubb, the service manager at Heritage, , was able to have it looked at, provided us with the correct advice and did everything possible to get the repair done in one day. He communicated with us continuously and provided extraordinary service. I strongly recommend this dealer. More
