What a great experience I couldn't be happier with how everything went. My intentions of when I called Matt was I just wanted to browse and look around. Not one time did I fe I couldn't be happier with how everything went. My intentions of when I called Matt was I just wanted to browse and look around. Not one time did I feel like I had to do anything that I didn't want to do. I completely loved the car that Matt pointed out to me on the showroom floor. Before even making a decision, he showed me both the Elantra and the Sonata. So since I loved the Elantra so much, I said I really didn't have anything to lose except someone denying me for a loan. Matt and his finance team got me approved that night. I returned the next day super anxious that I came about an hour before Matt said to. They even managed to lower the payments and a slightly better interest rate, which was a huge surprise when I came in that morning, a great surprise if anything. This is the second Hyundai that I've owned and having no issues from the first one, I know that I'll have no issues from the Elantra. Matt sold my mom a 2014 Hyundai Accent back in 2014. She returned last year to buy an Elantra, but she was too impatient to wait until Matt returned :/ so since both my mom and I have bought two cars now from Matt, both of us shall return when we would like to purchase another Hyundai and only deal with Matt Long. More
