I was somewhat disappointed with the finance staff that I dealt with. He was very unprofessional and to be honest almost blew the whole deal. Regardless of whether I misunderstood something or he misunderstood something there is a way to treat a person especially one who is spending this much money. More

Nothing extra!!! Basically four wheels and an engine with ac. Oh and Dennis took the second key and remote and didn't give it back. So they have my key. More
Over charge attempt This guy tried to over charge me roughly $200.00 for a back up camera. Poor communication with him, and even the service manager. They will deal with this. Also my paint was damaged while they fix:replace the back up camera. I will go as high as I need to go to resolve this. Question all part prices and labor charges. I am a service advisor at another dealership. I have resources to check out part pricing and labor time. He knew this too, but still took low road. Can only imagine what they do to folks that doesn't have resources to check out the real cost. Since I posted this the general manager called me, and is willing to sit down and review this. For this communication and willingness to review this visit this dealership gets three stars. I really want to forward 5 stars More
