From the start I noticed that Jackie’s demeanor makes you feel as if you are buying a car from a friend and not the stereotypical car salesman –perhaps found at other dealers .His is very pleasant, so genuine ,patient and provides the best customer service for the entire process –with no pressure . Jackie really understood my needs and my budget and I was able to get a fair price and found the entire process at the Towson location very pleasant. No rush, hassle or pressure tactics. I called Heritage Hyundai Towson and received a price quote over the phone (that matched their internet price). The next day I went to Heritage and again received the same price and purchased the Sonata. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease to come to an agreement on price and overall I had one of the best car buying experiences. More
