He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us a great presentation of the Hyundai models. We test drove the Santa fe and after the test drive we knew that we are buying Hyundai. We visited another Hyundai Dealer to check the prices and availability but we didn't get the same service as we did at Heritage. The price that we were offered at Hyundai was the best as well. When i spoke with my insurance adjuster, he recommended that i use an option that Geico offers members who have recently lost a vehicle Through Geico's partnership with TrueCars, i was able to shop for a replacement vehicle online and schedule appointments to go in and test drive. So when i received an email from Bristol Jordan because he had seen my request for the Sonata, i responded and we were able to set up a same day appointment. I walked in the dealership, not too excited bcause i didn't want to be disaapointed, and Bristol told me that he was going to make my day a whole lot better by putting me in the car i wanted. To make a long story short, i walked in the dealership in a rental and walked out owning my new 2013 Sonata, and what makes the story more interesting is the Sonata is the car that i was originally going for before i purchased the car that i had lost. Bristol was AMAZING throughout the whole process and the team at heritage Hyundai Towson was simply remarkable, I recommend Heritage Hyundai Towson for all your car shopping needs! More

I didn't have a great experience with Hyundai dealership The Sales Associate, Bristol Jordan, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was responsive and worked well. They would deal as other dealers do, and I spent way too long with the game playing of "the manager says..." and "I don't know what we can do..." Third row seating! I knew what I was looking for! I'd been looking for about 4 months. Other dealerships made me sit around for over 2-4 hours. Heritage didn't do tha I knew what I was looking for! They insisted we take a test drive, even though I had driven one at another dealership. As we talked money the people at Heritage seemed to be more aware that they had a definited sale if they could find ways to work with us! Happily we drove away that night with our AWD, 3rd row seating, (silver as my 7 year old requested) Hyundai Santa Fe GLS! Very happy! More
