Our experience with Heritage Hyundai was perfect! After visiting a different Hyundai dealership, we were considering other brands, because our experience was less than pleasant. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I have high standards and these guys could not have "wowed" us more. We couldn't be more happy with our new vehicles. We were very much at ease with him throughout the entire purchasing process. We were also pleasantly surprised when they offered to buy our SmartBuy leased Saturn VUE from us, which saved us quite a bit of hassle and money we were expecting to pay in mileage overage, etc. Overall a very positive experience. I needed a car within a short time span and started the search for a 5 speed. I went to Toyota and Honda but met with very limited choices, uninformed salesmen, and unrealistic prices for what they had to search for a 5 speed. I was so lucky to have Matt as my salesperson because he was friendly, calm, and willing to do a test drive in the middle of a thunderstorm and walk around the lot in the pouring rain in search of a 5 speed. I test drove the Elantra Touring Car-loved it. Within minutes of going back to his office, he located a loaded blue Touring car and had it at the dealership the next day. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and he spent as much time as I needed to acquaint myself with the features. I would highly recommend asking for him as a salesperson. More
