My biggest mistake in my life was to go to this dealership. Even if you go to this dealership ; stay away from the “ Perry A Satterfield “ . Worst experience : Perry was my salesperson. He will make you feel unwelcome. His only objective is to sell you a car without guiding you properly and walk through you about the car features. However, his behavior will make you feel helpless and hopeless. You will make you feel like its an fortune for you that he is your salesperson and your are bound to him . Ignore him immediately if you accidentally reach to this dealership. Worst Dealership : I’ve visited 5 dealership to purchase my car before I visited this dealership . So i know how a dealership and salesperson meant to be .The reason i would say its a worst dealership . Because when they sold car to me they told me that i had about 3 days guarantee to return my car if there is any issue . The car i choose was great but i had a key features that was mandatory for me . The salesperson “ Perry “ told me it was available in the car that i choose since he never explained me any features properly neither guide me to choose it , I trusted on his word . Before i left the dealership along with my new car he made me sure the features was there but in the next day I learned the feature wasn’t available in my car. However, i reached out to the dealership and they never helped me to exchange . They said they will trade my car and all those things . But i was supposed to get a exchange or return offer since i had their dealership guarantee for 3 days . Then i talked to General Manager , he talked to me and listened to me guess what he never reached me out to me to exchange my car. Overall , i would say combination of this Dealership and the salesperson gave me the worst buying car experience that I’ve ever had . Such a bad luck i choose this dealership . More
