Felt no rush to get us into a car or rush out afterwards. Seemed short staffed on the finance department so the wait to get in and finalized was longer than necessary. They have a minor fix to attend to in the future and I will assume it goes with the rest of the service we received. Everyone we delt with was professional and polite, something much needed in this industry but not found frequently. More
